The rental rates differ per season as shown in the chart at the bottom
of this page. Cots and baby chairs are available at request. Additional costs and more options can be found at the bottom of this page. If you want we can assist you with renting a car or organising a golf package.
For accommodation for a period of two months or more, please contact us for information about rates.

Additional costs:
- Final cleaning (see column 1*)
- Bed linen & towels, € 15,- p.p.
- Reservation costs, € 25,- per booking
- If available: air conditioning & gas(amount used)
Optional:
- Extra person and/or placing a folding bed: 50 euro per bed p.w.
- Extra set of bed linen and towels during stay: € 15,00 p.p.
- Extra cleaning of the house and bathrooms and toilets: same price as final cleaning.
- Pets, if allowed: 25 euros per week per pet
- Internet:
- privat villa: €25.- per week
- La Granja de Antonio and Finca el Moralejo: €15.- per week
- Comfort Package with less strict arrival- and departure times and free Internet, € 99,- per booking
Rental periods are Sat-Sat, Sun-Sun or Fr-Fr. It differs per accommodation: see availability calendar. Please contact us about alternative rental periods.
The deposit will be refunded into your account within three weeks after return of the key.
